Ogun are looking to hire a Data and BI Lead to drive the data based strategy of Ogun into 2019 and beyond.
Responsibilities
Create and implement a data strategy that drives the business
Create a rigorous and all-encompassing data structure that incorporates all business data
Work closely with the development team (especially Devops) to ensure product structure aligns with the data strategy
Champion metrics-driven analysis and decision-making throughout the organization
Operate as a key member of the Growth team ensuring that high
quality experiment documentation is written so that the correct data is
collected from each experiment
Ensure each Business Area can access and visualise relevant data
(with appropriate refresh rates) so that they can make data driven
decisions
Create well reasoned arguments from internal and external data to discover insights to impact the Ogun strategy
Present data in a clear and informative way to various stakeholders within Ogun
Create well reasoned arguments from data to challenge and inform business strategy

History of working with algorithms and data sets, applying the analysis to inform business strategy
Experience of building medium term strategic plans
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Strong team management skills as well as the ability to influence those who do not report to you
High working proficiency in Spanish and English
Self-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented,
direct, and strong ability to execute on multiple priorities at once
