You have already proved yourself for a couple of years in the field of Data Analytics. You know how to create a Datawarehouse / Data lake from scratch, worked in an AWS environment and you like working with international teams. But inheriting someone else's projects, that sucks right?

Job requirements

What will I do?

  • Own key analysis projects end-to-end – starting with the development of data pipelines to ingest data, cleaning data, creating ETL process for updating data, reporting, and performing analysis to provide key insights to stakeholders across the business
    • Support organization providing Dashboards, Reporting & Insights
    • Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards to monitor Sales performance, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators
    • Ensure Data Quality
  • Help analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) defined to monitor the performance of the business across several areas of the business (sales, marketing, operations, product, among others)
    • Translating complex and potentially ambiguous information into a clear structure and actionable deliverables
    • Receive business questions from internal or external customers and translate those into data analyses in an agile way
    • Effectively communicate results and insights with other stakeholders throughout the organization through regular KPI reporting and analysis
  • Maintenance of the Datawarehouse/Data lake together with Data Engineer / Data Team
    • Extract data from primary and secondary sources using automated tools and maintain databases and data systems
    • Connecting new sources to provide additional data to our data lake
  • Maintain and improve sales support tools and internal processes
  • Communicate regularly with IT, Operations, Sales & Marketing to understand requirements/business needs


What do I look like?


  • 3+ years of working experience as a Data / Business Intelligence Analyst
  • BS/BA degree in a technical or business-related field
  • Strong analytical skills. Data crunching geek
  • Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize and deliver to a high standard
  • Fluent in English and Spanish it’s a must (additional language is a plus)

Tech skills:

Must have:

  • Strong Experience in Cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Snowflake, Azure, Google Cloud. AWS Environment experience is required
  • Experience cloud database technologies, data model experience (SQL Server, Oracle, MySql), and ETL process
  • At least 2-3 years experience with SQL and NoSQL DB technologies
  • Strong Experience in ETL processes (using Pentaho, Talend, Matillion, or any other workflow tools)
  • Experience creating a Datawarehouse / Data lake from scratch
  • API Rest experience (connecting several data sources to our Data lake)
  • Experience with data visualization, data analytics, and modeling
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with Python/R
  • At least 2-3years of experience with a BI Tool (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBi, Quicksight)
  •  Experience with Quicksight
  • Experience with a CRM (Hubspot - Salesforce)
  • Machine Learning and Big Data are a plus
  • Office (Excel y PowerPoint)

Nice to have

  • Understanding of Revenue Recognition standards and Business related KPI’s, preferably from the E-commerce industry
  • Experience working with Google Analytics
  • E-Commerce Experience
