Job Description

We, Mailtrack.io, are a Barcelona based start-up with users and clients worldwide. We need a customer support person to improve and speed up communication with clients. We look after someone that not only talks to our users, but become user's advocate inside our company.


Main Responsibilities:
- Answer (email+chat) to customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, billing, claims, and reports problem areas.
- Effectively assist and resolve customer/client issues over email and chat.
- Contribute to process improvement in order to reduce customer issues

- Collect feedback/suggestions from customers and report/escalate frequently to your manager.


Minimum Requirements:

- ***MUST: Native English Speaker***

- Experience in online customer support

- Excellent writing skills

- Basic knowledge of internet technologies (cookies, html, etc.)

- After phone screening, a written test should be passed

- In possession of a valid work-permit for Spain.

- Based in Barcelona

- Available ASAP


Bonus:

- Spanish and Portuguese

- Experience in start-ups

- Knowledge of online support platforms

- Content creation: blog posts, newsletters, FAQ and PR

- Active user in Twitter

- Knwoledge of online marketing and communication
