Overview

Job Summary

      Reporting to our CEO, you will be tasked with the day to day account management of Abiquo’s largest clients. You will be the first point of contact for each client, ensuring their success from the point of on-boarding to contract renewal. Client interaction will be a big part of your role and this may sometimes require you to communicate with our clients out-of-hours since they operate in many time zones.

Responsibilities

  • To ensure maximum levels of client satisfaction and consistently secure client renewals.

  • Identifying opportunities to upsell new products or services to clients based on their evolving requirements

  • Ensure customers are aware of new product releases

  • Maintain awareness of customer staff changes and update Abiquo’s records accordingly

  • Coordinating periodic calls between key customers and Abiquo management

  • Monitor customer web sites and other media channels to maintain knowledge of customer activity

  • Provide customers with a single point of contact for non-support enquiries which you will pass to the relevant Abiquo team

  • Answering inbound calls and voicemail messages from strategic customers and directing them as appropriate - around 2 a day

Pre-Requisites
  • A placement year or 6 months - 1 year’s experience in a role centred around account management, marketing or customer support.

  • A keen interest in technology, marketing and the latest trends related to our industry.

  • A drive and determination to work in a team with a ‘nothing’s impossible’ attitude.

  • Dependable team worker who builds strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to work to and achieve targets efficiently.

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills when communicating internally & externally.

  • Organised and hard working

  • Good attention to detail

  • Good telephone and email manner

  • Strong MS office skills. Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills are essential

  • Commercial awareness

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using any of the following: JIRA, Zendesk, Google Docs.

  • Ability to speak professionally in English, Spanish and Catalan
