Carts Guru is the all-in-one multichannel retargeting solution, helping e-commerce businesses recover abandoned carts and convert them into sales

To accompany our growth and optimize our customer retention strategy, Carts Guru is looking for a Customer Success Manager, based in Barcelona, to handle our US strategic customers.
Strong customer retention is the heart of every successful SaaS (Software as a Service) business, and as part of our customer success team you will work directly with our Marketing, Sales and Product development teams to provide actionable insights into how our teams can continue to strengthen our best-in-class retention rates.

Key responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the building of relationships with a portfolio of Carts Guru’s strategic clients. You will optimize your clients' experience with Carts Guru by being a trusted advisor helping them get the most of our technology and by acting as their day to day support contact.

You will also be responsible for:

Contacting the customer and setting up a communication plan with them (kick-off, follow ups, customers expectations, goals, ...)
The onboarding of new customers and keeping in close contact with them in their first two months working with Carts Guru
Overseeing integration and setup of the service to assure that the customers first use of the product is within budget and respects the deadlines
Planning and conducting customer trainings
Monitoring the performance and have a defined point of contact with the customer
Reacting to important triggers such as health, upsell, renewals alerts among others.

Qualifications:

SaaS experience (minimum 2 years)
Positive “can-do” attitude and growth mindset
Detail oriented with ability to identify nuances in large data sets
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Strong phone and in-person presentation skills
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Hubspot experience is a must
Knowledge of the US eCommerce Ecosystem
US native prefered
