What do we need?

intuo is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their growing Customer Success team, whose main responsibility is making our clients successful and driving customer loyalty, taking them through the entire customer success cycle from implementation to strategic partner.

What are your responsibilities?
- Maintain and evolve intuo’s EMEA customer base (typically professional services industry companies with thousands of intuo’s end-users)
- Being responsible for the entire intuo customer success cycle
- Project lead transition from sales to implementation to CS, delivering best in class customer deployment to secure renewal and expansion opportunity of intuo. Including training, support and guidance to customers as they deploy intuo across their business.
- Team closely with support to resolve any queries, deliver added value to our current and future customers (lead regular meetings, provide online support, etc.)
- Collaborate as a team to create scalable, re-usable assets (sales tools, trial/pilot or deployment-related) to further enable our business to scale customer volume and our customers to be increasingly self-sufficient and successful.
- Partner effectively cross-functionally (sales, marketing, product) to provide timely product feedback and customer insights, and serve as the voice of the customer to drive continuous internal improvements.

Who are you?
- An entrepreneurial and (tech) savvy Customer Success Manager, who has a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a digital environment, customer success, implementation or change management (within HR consulting a bonus).
- A genuine, authentic, customer-centric person who strives to help customers even if it challenging the business to change its ways of working.
- Passionate about how HR is changing into something more employee-centric.
- An ability to multitask, you'll do anything to make sure a customer/project is successful. Being a purpose-driven project manager and a team player is key.
- You are able to continuously improve our implementation and customer success journey, working closely with the success team, and customers on-site and remotely, to deliver added value.
- You'll work in a team to manage, report and improve all the relevant roll-out and success metrics such as upsell, renewal, marketing and customer health.
- You are passionate for success, you enjoy team-work and you strive to deliver the best customer experience working closely with your colleagues. Knowledge of Salesforce and support ticketing systems such as Zendesk and Freshdesk are beneficial.
