Your mission, if you decide to accept it...

You will take part of a young and growing team where you will make sure that our clients have a huge smile on their faces and that they have as much success as possible on their businesses. You are a resolutive person, enthusiastic and multitasking is part of your DNA. You will welcome on board all our new clients and you will be engaged in different tasks within the department in order to watch our clients grow and get older.

● You will contribute to the development of our department creating new and exciting projects (new tools, team and/or suppliers benchmarking...)

● You will be the rallying point between our favourite Tiller-Techies and humans; you will be the person in charge of communicating and proposing improvements, of making sure of the correct implementation of Tiller within the market and of sharing your knowledge about the product with the rest of the team.

● You will offer an amazing and foolproof listening... You don’t miss a thing!

● You will manage different client petitions (we assure you that you can never tell with clients)

● You will keep up a fluent communication with the rest of the Tiller teams

● You will participate at the implementation, training and setting of tools in order to collect , measure and improve our clients’ feedback (phone calls, emails, chat, etc.)

Requirements

Your profile

● You are a proactive and resolutive person, able to identify problems before they occur.

● You will assume the Sensei role (long white beard will be appreciated)

● You have the unique gift of explaining the inexplicable

● Your good mood and unlimited patience let you always be calmed and prioritize emergencies

● You can work autonomously, with energy.

● You always have a trump card!

● You know how to smile on the phone

● You have already managed clients in some past commercial experience (it’s a plus)

● You are looking for an start-up environment and you even have a nerdy side

● You are Spanish native speaker but English is not a problem for you.
