Headquartered in Barcelona, ForceManager also has offices in Madrid, London, New York, Bogota, Mexico and the recently opened Italy office in Roncade. Since it was founded in 2011, ForceManager has grown to more than 140 employees.

It’s due to this strong growth at ForceManager that we require a senior customer success manager to join our team in Barcelona to work on our international accounts.

The ideal candidate will be able to understand and empathize with a customer’s needs and of course, answer all their questions and requests!

As a Customer Success Manager you will:

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with our A-Customers to ensure all activities are closely aligned with our business strategy, allowing the full potential of ForceManager to be optimal.
  • Establish and oversee the customer's adoption and development of best practices to continually drive incremental value.
  • Identify and grow opportunities to ensure expansion within this segment.
  • Understand and assess customer requirements.
  • Manage the contracts and Renewals.
  • Provide project management for professional service requests.
  • Be point of contact for escalations that impact the customer’s success.
  • Build strategy for your accounts to drive loyalty and avoid churn.
  • Work closely with our Professional Services and provide client feedback to Product Management.

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Previous experience working as a Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS
  • Understanding of SQL database
  • Building and maintaining relationships at most senior levels with assigned accounts becoming a trusted advisor
  • Ability to anticipate, identify and define problems/issues
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
