A Swiss company launched in October 2011, Hosco is designed to improve the way hospitality talents, employers, and schools meet and interact globally.

We have raised over 13mm EUR to date, both from business angels and from Venture Capital firms based in London and Barcelona.

The Hosco team is now composed of over 90 talented individuals based in Geneva, Barcelona, and Dubai. The company has plans to open offices in the US and Asia and reach 150 staff in the next 24 months.


About the department:

Partners and members’ happiness is everything at Hosco. That is why our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team is looking for a motivated young talent to join them as Customer Success Intern!


The internship will be for 6 months, be flexible around part time / full time (salary will differ) and will require a signed internship agreement from your University.

The position will require you to:

  • Handle incoming customer feedback - positive or negative - through the different communication channels Hosco has.
  • Provide product/services information and find the right solution for any issue our members might face.
  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Propose improvements to the different teams at Hosco from feedback gathered.
  • Manage and review all new profiles requests on the platform.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage Hosco members. There are no creative limits, and we are open to try new approaches to make each member a Hosco lover.
  • Participate in other related projects to support the CRM team.

Requirements

Skills to Rock at this Job!

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Proficiency in English. French and Spanish are plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Creative mindset and ready to bring new ideas on board!
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Currently enrolled in a school and able to provide us with an internship agreement.
