Job Description

Working as part of the Customer Service team, the Customer Service Executive will use their abilities and experience to guarantee that the company provides the highest level of customer service. They will directly manage client inquiries by providing training and ensuring that assigned projects are executed to perfection.


Responsibilities:

This role combines responsibilities in different areas, including customer service, training, project management and administration:


  • Manage client requests considering timing and priorities.
  • Resolve client incidents or transfer requests to the corresponding division, area or department as necessary.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients using clear and precise language.
  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to simplify workflows within the department.
  • Generate any necessary reports for clients or for internal reasons when necessary.
  • Provide training for clients and partners.
  • Understand the company’s products and solutions.
  • Know the precise information, products and/or services required for the client to fulfill their needs. Provide clear, precise and relevant information to answer any possible questions.
  • Proactively review customer service processes through automatic reports and incident resolutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service in a tech company or in the IT sector.
  • Advanced level of English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems (preferably Zendesk).
  • Knowledge of project management and ITIL.
  • Demonstrable technical aptitude and agility learning new technologies.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work in transversal environments independently.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize many tasks. Good at listening to clients and interpreting their needs.
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to work on a team.
  • Ability to work according to different time zones.
