As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the face of Resto-In to our customers and we want to treat them like kings!
Via
our chat, you will answer efficiently to the different enquiries of our
customers. You will contact by email every customer who have indicated
any issue with their order to solve their problems. You will make sure
to address our customers issues in such a way that they will be
genuinely delighted by our quality of service and tell every person they
meet how great Resto-In is!
Your main responsibilities are:
- Monitoring all the chats and emails left by our customers on Resto-In
- Answering calls from our drivers and restaurants.
- Contacting every dissatisfied customer to solve their problem and make sure they love our service
- Reporting
recurrent problems or customer requests to the main team and
Country Managers in order to make our service flawless.
Thanks
to your privileged and very personal interactions with our customers,
we will be able to reach customer service excellence and create a real
community of Resto In fans and preachers.
Requirements
Who we're looking for someone able to demonstrate the following aptitudes:
- Your are fluent in French, and you speak Spanish, Catalan is a plus.
- Your spelling is flawless
- You have a lot of empathy and self control
- Making someone's day better truly makes you happy
- You are extremely organised
- You are tech-friendly
- Loving good food is always a plus!
- Part-Time or full-time (40 hours per week)
