What are you going to do?

n this role, you will be in the exciting position to lead our team of software development team as their people coach and representation on the management team, while also getting your hands dirty by being actively involved in the software development process.

As the people coach, you are responsible for getting the best out of the team, by keeping them engaged, helping them to grow in their careers, and empowering them to do what they are capable of. You are also responsible for ensuring best practices in the team, helping to maintain and create a great engineering culture, and working with other stakeholders, including the management team, to ensure alignment with company goals.

As the technical leader, you ensure that not only the product / feature roadmap is executed efficiently by creating and optimizing best practices, motivating the team, and providing project management, but that we also consider the long term impact of technology decisions we are making by maintaining the technical roadmap and giving the appropriate amount of priority. You will also participate in and provide leadership in code reviews, architecture, and infrastructure discussions.

What you bring to the table
  • 10+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing, leading, and coaching multi-stack / multi-disciplinary teams - our current stack includes .NET, Angular, Node, Swift, and Kotlin
  • Experience working alongside multiple stakeholders, including leadership roles
  • You enjoy the mix of helping others to grow while also being an active member of the team
