We are looking for a CRM Specialist in Albasanz Office 

Job functions:

  • Create and launch multichannel campaigns with the tools provided by the company.
  • Design and content: Set up (create and implement), test and send email, push and SMS campaigns to optimize the current campaigns and find new opportunities.
  • Be able to build from scratch email templates using HTML or Drag & Drop elements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Analyze the results of campaigns launched continuously looks to improve KPIs by improving the campaigns.
  • Search for business opportunities through acquisition actions.
  • Increase loyalty of database customers, pushing cross-selling and up-selling activities.
  • Design actions according different customer profiles, improving profitability of actions. (knowledge about segmentation criteria).
  • Design and automation workflows that sustain the customer journey and the synchronization of data between different tools.
  • Customer ongoing journey manager: optimizing the customer experience detecting areas to improve regarding process and commercial actions (Life cycle optimization).

Experience and Knowledge

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
  • Master and or any other further qualification marketing will be appreciated.
  • Significant and proven experience (2-3 years) in Email Marketing, Marketing Automation or CRM specialist position.
  • Significant and proven experience in creating and managing multichannel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of database structures and understand the company data ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and managing of marketing campaigns, focus on acquisition and loyalty actions.
  • Experience related with banking, finance or insurance is appreciated.
  • Experience with call centers is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics is appreciated.
  • HTML/CSS and SQL knowledge is a must.
  • Experience managing push notifications is a plus.

  • Creative mindset & excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
