more than 6 million users come to get inspired by their favourite
influencers and friends’ ready-to-shop content. With over 10 million
outfits shared, 21 Buttons allows anyone no matter their audience size
to earn revenue from sharing their personal style.
Launched
in our first country just over 2 years ago and now with more than 3,000
influencers across the UK, Germany, Italy and Spain, we’re growing
faster than ever and now are keen to find someone as passionate as we
are about our project to join the Marketing team at this exciting stage
of our company’s journey of propelling our ambition of Stateside
expansion.
The Role
You know every word is
important, and that great copy demands great care. You are just as
committed to crafting quick SEO copies as you are to brainstorming new
features and big creative concepts. You understand the nuances of tone,
voice, syntax, systematic thinking, and structure, and you polish every
line until it shines.
Your writing means business. When it's time
to get locked in, you know how to move quickly while still being
meticulous and conscientious in your work. You work through multiple
rounds efficiently. You dig deep and go broad. You present your work
with confidence and can rally people around ideas and are skilled at
selling through concepts to key stakeholders.
What You’ll Do - Responsibilities
Create communications to inform and improve experiences, but more
importantly to elicit specific actions that achieve business goals
Work alongside designers to conceptualize, brainstorm and execute projects: from tactical briefs, to whole campaigns
Understand and write for different markets
Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and write content
Collaborate with designers to deliver high quality brand expressions
Raise the bar on creative executions: from conceptualization to execution
Keep projects on track while keeping messaging on target
A person in this role should be comfortable in an "all hands on
deck" environment and love solving problems and be able to thrive in a
startup culture where execution is highly valued. We are always moving
at a very fast pace to make sure that users are able to experience the
magic of 21Buttons.
What You’ll Need - Requirements
A highly collaborative working style
At least 4 years working as a copywriter in a creative agency or
comparable in-house agency with a portfolio showcasing relevant
experience writing for brand systems and branded executions (web,
social, product, performance)
Professional proficiency in Spanish and English
A strong attention to detail. Every word is important and great copy demands great care
Experience using research to determine your communications strategies
A broad understanding of using different mediums/channels to get
your message across. You're skilled at telling the same story across
multiple channels in a way that's integrated, yet optimized for every
touchpoint
Comfortable with measurement metrics and SEO driven work context
Can offer direction or critique design work when needed
Organization skills; you can effectively manage your time and prioritize your work
Experience with language localization process for multiple countries is a plus
