Antai is looking for a COO for a new venture in the real estate space.
As a COO you will be responsible for:
- Designing commercial strategies and expansion plans
- Building, leading and motivating a strong commercial team
- Process engineering: leading the process of digitalization of the operative and commercial processes
- Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
- Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
Requirements:
- +7
years’ experience in the real estate industry, concretely at a
management position or leading a commercial team at a real estate agency
/real estate development company
- Experience in the industry’s main processes: property valuation, risk evaluation, commercialization and portfolio management
- Relevant knowledge about digital solutions for the real estate industry
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- MSc/MA in business administration or relevant field
- Passion for the digital sector
