Job Description

Glossom is launching a new SaaS tool for beauty brands, manufacturers and retailers to scale their video reviews and product testing.

//Your role:

+Develop and refine creator onboarding process

+Manage existing community of creators and testers

+Create integrated marketing strategy for lead generation

+Perform tests to improve and enhance steps in ‘creator funnel’

+Focus on creator retention by translating anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans

+ Manage social media activities keeping consistent schedules for original and curated content—this involves building Instagram and FB calendar that aligns with new product and aesthetic

+Recruit and manage Interns

//Your profile:

+ 2-3 years of marketing, agency or beauty experience

+ Bachelors or relevant work experience

+Knowledge and experience in community building, social media and beauty/fashion REQUIRED

+ Natural analytical skills and data-driven decision making

+ Prioritising, time management and organisational skills

+ Superb communication and interpersonal skills

+ Background in video production and online media is a big plus

+ Fluent in English

+ German, French, Italian or Spanish fluency is a MAJOR plus
