Immfly is a 5-year-old company positioned in
the airline industry as one of the key players digitalizing the inflight
experience. We are a dynamic and international team of +45 people and
growing.
We have developed a digital services platform for
entertainment and connectivity that passengers can access on board when
connecting to Immfly’s network via their PED’s -personal electronic
devices- (i.e.: smartphones, tablets and laptops). Once connected to the
platform, passengers can access a vast variety of digital services such
as movies, TV-shows, news channels, kids channels, games, sport videos,
newspapers, language courses, eBooks, Audiobooks, etc. Additionally,
they may also acquire last-minute activities and transfer services
within their destination, or access a real-time flight tracker and 3D
moving map with full flight info.
About the job opportunity
We are looking for a person to lead our
community management reporting directly to the Chief Advertising Officer
(CAO). A diligent person who doesn’t take “no” for an answer and always
tries to get better.
You will be in charge of organizing, managing and
animating our user community by offering them content and relevant
information about the travel industry. Our users are travelers and they
are willing to receive relevant information about the city that they
will visit, destination activities as well as local tips.
This role requires deep knowledge of
community management, marketing automation, and list segmentation in
order to target the right user for the right content at the right time.
You will chose the email platform automation, CRM and other databases tools to create, animate and grow an Immfly community.
You will focus on segmentation, data quality and enrichment of this community.
You
will develop segmentation targeting and testing processes to go deeper
into current database to achieve better audience segmentation and
targeting of our content.
The candidate will monitor and track efficacy of all campaign efforts.
He/She will manage the process to reactivate lapsed / dormant subscribers and update audience information.
To be successful, the candidate must blend a high
proficiency in email marketing automation, accessing, manipulating data
with strong ability to turn data into strategic insights and
recommendations.
Desired skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Able to thrive in a startup environment—moves quickly, think strategically and execute asap.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in statistics, data management or 3-5+ years’ experience in database marketing or email deployment with proven track record of innovative data strategies
- Experience with segmentation, audience acquisition, email marketing, marketing automation, and campaign analysis
- Strong data management & manipulation skills – Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc)
- Must be an expert at Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot (or any other marketing automation platforms)
- Strong self-management skills
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with others at different levels in the organization
- Experience working with sales departments
