We're working on a SaaS platform that will:
- Record or capture calls in multiple languages and use various transcription services to convert them into text, analyze sentiment and more.
- Provide the summaries of these calls in a web interface, which includes a call overview, call transcription, call-timeline, and a dashboard for call metrics, as well as allowing for the translation of calls into English by sending content to a third party
- Integrate with Salesforce to integrate into customer workflows
- Provide high level topic identification, which is manually trained by both the customer and outsourced community in various languages
It is not required to have deep NLP knowledge. We have partners that can help us with this.
