We are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer to help us in our mission of building an awesome user database and community that uses our chatbot, which is revolutionizing the industry of flight search engines. correYvuela is a game-changing and amazing alternative to the user who buys flights on Internet, as it offers the best flight option in a fast and convenient way, by using Instant Messaging Apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or SMS.

You will lead an agile team of the Marketing Squad.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Getting hundreds of thousands of Active Users with UAC of <€1 through disruptive and high-performance Marketing campaigns

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

• Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives

• Develop a feasible marketing plan for the department and oversee its day-to-day implementation

• Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)

• Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals

• Lead the Content Marketing and Social Ads channels (short-term)

  • Facebook
  • Twitter
  • Instagram
  • Others (G+, Youtube, Self-blogging…)

• Lead the Affiliate Program and Bring a Friend channel (mid-term)

• Lead the CRM, the WhatsApp Marketing and Direct Sales channels (long-term)

  • Working under Agile and Bullseye methodologies

• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as Chief marketing Officer in a high-scalable B2C startup

• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, product promotion etc.)

• Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods

• Ability to apply marketing techniques over digital (e.g. social media) and non-digital (e.g. press) channels

• Understanding of different business disciplines (IT, finance etc.)

• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilities

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in managing CRMs such as Zoho, Zendesk or Salesforce

• Experience in Business Development, dealing with key partners/suppliers/agencies

• Experience in developing and executing Affiliate Programs

• Open to work with humans and bots

Salary to be negotiated according to experience.
