Top 5 skills needed for this job:
- At least 3 years of experience with AWS,
with solid experience in building highly scalable server architectures
with the different services of AWS.
- At least 7 years of demonstrable working experience in similar roles.
- Strong understanding of web applications and infrastructure security.
- You are awesome with Linux.
- Configuring and troubleshooting interfaces to the following network technologies: Load Balancers, Firewalls, Routing, DMZs.
In this position, you will:
- Manage, optimize and give support for our infrastructure: AWS and on-premise.
- Ensure all necessary monitoring, networking, alerting and backup solutions are in place.
- Ensure the security of the platform using the best security solutions.
- Suggest architecture improvements, recommending process improvements.
To be the best for for this job you need to:
- Be fluent in English is mandatory. Level B2
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, SysOps or Developer
- Have strong background in administration of Linux including networking and security.
- Have experience with implementing security certification requirements and process, ie: PCI DSS / GDPR.
- Have strong experience with AWS technologies, ie: EC2, S3, Cloud Formation, RDS, IAM, VPC, Cloudfront.
- Have experience with managing various MySQL servers.
- Have good working knowledge of config management tools and scripting
