About the role

You will be working with our most strategically forward-thinking and commercial clients, managing complex relationships to deliver growth for both Criteo and our Advertisers. We are seeking a true industry expert, capable of acting as an Industry Consultant, conducting conversations at the highest levels within a global player, demonstrating thought leadership and driving strategic value of the client as a trusted and indispensable partner.
 
The Client Partner is the face of their client within Criteo, providing clients with servicing that is second to none. They run virtual matrix teams internally to ensure that these key strategic clients have the resources they need to deliver on objectives. The Client Partner is an Account leader, driving innovation within the organization from local operations to product management teams.
What You will do
  • Responsible for growing your account by building innovative and bespoke solutions designed to increase the ‘stickiness’ of the relationship and set Criteo apart from our competitors.
  • Be able to accurately forecast the existing business and new product opportunities.
  • Analyze data trends and client performance to be able to put together business cases for clients to demonstrate the value of a more integrated set up or internal business cases for new product development.
  • Design/execute strategic account plans that are distributed to the overall account v-team.
  • Work closely with the Client Partner community to share best practices and learnings.
  • Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Product Marketing, Product, Central operations to optimize our client efforts
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Criteo, identifying winning strategies and scaling the insights throughout the vertical
Who You are
  • Substantial and demonstrable experience in digital marketing with specific experience of managing up to C-Suite clients
  • Exceptional knowledge of the industry and relevant global markets
  • Passion for interactive media, marketing and advertising and have a deep understanding of the whole ecosystem
  • Excellent product knowledge, with an ability to translate this expertise into client-friendly language
  • Ability to demonstrate critical thinking capability
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with an ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
  • Negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency or client
  • An ability to create compelling presentations, using persuasive storytelling to demonstrate our value to the client
  • Experience of coordinating or managing virtual teams would be highly desirable
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
