The Operations Manager in Waynabox is the key person who
coordinates the team of travel agents in charge of assigning flight and
accommodation to our travelers, as well as the customer service
associated, forecasting demand and negotiating with travel providers
(airlines, hotels, DMCs).
The mission of the COO is to
create and deliver the best travel experience for the customer, at the
same time it veils for a sustainable and scalable growth for the
company.
Vocation for service and quality, extremely organized person and leadership skills are a must.
Main responsibilities:
Design, leads and motivate the travel agents’s team and their future growth and internationalization.
Design, implement and review scalable processes to handle more than 1.000 pax/week
Measure performance with actionable KPIs (Margins, customer satisfaction)
Design, implement and review customer service processes to deliver maximum quality service
Solve situations maximizing the customer satisfaction
Take control over unexpected caos situations (Air traffic control strikes, etc)
Forecast flights/accommodation needs
Monitor customer feedback and share it with the rest of the team
Requirements & skills:
Experience in travel sector is a must
Experience managing people is a must
Experience in customer service is highly recommended
Experience in similar positions is highly recommended
Excellent active listening and negotiation/communication skills.
Team playing and cooperative attitude.
Languages: Advanced English. Another language is a bonus.
