Chief Operating Officer


The Role

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer with experience from international high-growth companies. You will drive the operational excellence of the company by taking a lead in the follow areas:


Building for Scale

• Establish processes and practices for scalable operations

• Develop and oversee legal, financial and HR strategies and plans

• Manage the requirements of legal entities (UK, Spain, Hong Kong, China)


Execution Management


• Implement strong resourcing and delivery plans

• Take ownership of financial results of the company

• Establish and manage performance and KPI tracking and reporting practices


Strategic Development

• Support the Executive Chairman and CEO in strategic plans such as opening up new growth opportunities, strategic partnerships and capitalization

• Provide strategic advice on the long term goals of the organization


Stakeholder Communications

Undertake timely and solid reporting to Board, Advisory Board, Shareholders and Investor

What You Bring

• Track record from similar role in an international high-growth company:

• Strong analytical skills, along with financial acumens

• Sharp reporting and communication skills

• Team builder and driver of dispersed international teams


Nice-to-Haves

Experience from high growth web companies

Experience with business in Asia, ideally in China and/or HK

Legal training or experience with legal issues


Renumeration

€80k-100k and stock options - depending on experience and track record.
