Miaustore is a startup that designs and sells cat products on the internet in 14 different European countries. Our Mission is to make it more easy and rewarding to own a cat, for as many people as possible. All operations are managed by a small international team in our office in Barcelona, close to ciutadella park, in El Born. Job Description: We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer who will be responsible for Supply Chain Management, Customer Support and Office Administration. As we have a great network of contractors and partners in place this job can be mostly done by one person but as the company grows we might add one or two people who report directly to you and who help you with customer service and bookkeeping. Supply Chain management mainly consists of making new orders from our suppliers and overseeing the deliveries, but it also includes helping our product development people find suppliers for their new products and services. Compensation We will pay you between 1800€ and 2800€ per month, where 1800€ is your base salary and the rest is a bonus based on the the amount of repeat purchases our customers make thanks to the smooth experience they had when they where shopping with us. Requirements Intelligent, honest and positive person Knowledge of at least 2 languages(Must include fluent english) Education in Business Administration, Accounting or similar Optional qualifications: Good understanding of the Cat Supplies industry, either from work experience or from being a cat enthusiast. Experience with accounting software such as Freshbooks, zoho books or Quickbooks Management experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: 1,800.00€ to 2,800.00€ /month
