We are looking for someone who likes being in contact with people, managing and guiding our guys on the ground, solving all kinds of situations that might occur with our type of activity to ensure perfect availability of scooters for our YUGO riders.
You will be responsible for:
Keeping the best scooter availability anywhere, anytime for our YUGO riders,
Managing your operational team (hiring, staffing, training, optimization of your organization), making sure your Garage is properly organized for best operations,
Making sure that every available scooter is at its best condition on the streets (mechanic, safety, cleanliness, hygiene, helmets, etc.),
Piloting & adjusting your activity through KPIs (Operations, Use of Scooters, Maintenance, etc.),
Reporting to the Headquarter about challenges and successes,
Completing ad-hoc and administrative tasks in relation with your activity.
Master’s in management / logistics.
Experience in similar sectors or technology companies will be valued.
At least 2 years’ experience in team management / logistics.
Spanish: fluent, English: advanced.
Easy with stressful situations.
Strong customer orientation.
Good expertise with new technologies.
