Your Responsibilities & Tasks
As
a CMO, you will lead a team of 15 driven professionals, mentoring them,
overseeing their operations and ensuring a flawless process while
achieving outstanding results in the following areas:
- Define and coordinate our CRM strategy, focusing on
developing the different touchpoints and levers which includes: push
notifications, web push notifications and email marketing. The CRM
strategy includes both platforms: app and web
- Define and coordinate our acquisition strategy using
the main providers such as Adwords, Facebook, Twitter (a deep knowledge
in any other app provider will be highly valued), in order to obtain
the best results in User Acquisition and User Retention
- Your marketing strategy should include SEO as a key
point due to the importance of this area in Ofertia. A deep knowledge in
Search is also a must
- Develop our current adsense and affiliation strategy through our platforms (web and app)
- Know the key factors to take into consideration in order to improve our organic rankings in the app store.
Being a data driven company we optimize marketing
activities through data analysis, working with KPIs (Retention,
Engagement, conversion rates, LTV, ROI, CPI, etc), measuring the
effectiveness and working towards an ongoing optimisation of all
campaigns
- Lead our communications team towards creating B2C campaigns empowering our digital presence
- Develop our Brand awareness and online reputation
Your Experience & Skills
Technical
- 5-10 years of digital marketing experience
- Profound experience in Paid Acquisition
- You are a Guru in SEO and CRM
- Hands-on experience handling high traffic platforms
- Experience with Adsense and web analytics tools (E.g Google Analytics)
- B2C Marketing experience is desired
- Having experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g Qlickview) is a plus

- Fluent in English and Spanish, both oral and written
- Ability to lead & inspire a big and senior team of professionals
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial problem solver and strong execution
- Excellent presentation and persuasion skills
