TrafficStars is looking for two talented Sales Unit Managers
to join our growing team and to help further expand our industry-leading
advertising services. As Sales Unit Manager, you will manage a business
unit, create sales strategies and develop new business. You will be
working in an international marketplace with highly motivated and
determined coworkers.
We are looking for a sharp, passionate and results-driven candidate
who will be responsible for managing a business unit consisting of 2
account managers at the beginning, as well as managing an existing
portfolio of advertisers, prospecting new clients and implementing
strategies to expand the unit’s advertising revenue.
The ideal
candidate must have experience working in a digital sales position for
at least 3 years and a passion for scaling-up sales figures and
succeeding in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities
Proactively manage a business unit of 2 account managers.
Prospect and sign up new advertisers and build long term relationships.
Represent TrafficStars at international trade shows around the world.
Monitor
traffic and revenue activity, analyze performance, identify areas of
improvement and make recommendations to advertisers directly as well as
to members of your business unit.
Support key advertisers in creating, managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns.
Daily account management, including communication with direct advertisers, media buyers and performance marketing networks.
Discover new sales opportunities within the book of business of your sales unit.
Help your team scale their advertiser revenues.
Achieve quarterly KPIs together with your team.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written English skills (any additional
languages will be highly valued, especially German, Russian or French).
Comfortable working with adult content.
3 years experience in online sales.
Knowledge and understanding of online media buying models including CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, etc.
Hands-on experience in online conversion optimization techniques.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Proactive and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously and within a team.
