Recently listed #13 on the UK Startups 100 list, we provide professional services to real estate investors, hosts, as well as guests in multiple cities around the world including London, Paris, Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Porto, and many more! Our short-let services include everything ranging from creating a listing, to taking care of the guest communications, housekeeping, key management and price optimisation. Our mission is to leverage new technologies to unlock the full potential of real estate worldwide.
Featured in Forbes and having won the Serviced Apartment Awards for best service provider in 2018, we are looking for a bright and motivated individual to join our company as a B2B Business Development Executive. This is a critical role for the team in ensuring coverage of the market and to helping to achieve a dominant market share. The successful candidate will work alongside a senior team and be joining the business at an exciting time in its growth in the UK.

Responsibilities (non-concluding):

Building long-lasting relationships with property developers, property investors, block managers, as well as real estate and relocation agencies
You will be responsible for ensuring a healthy pipeline of meetings with prospective clients across the real estate sector
Networking within the real estate community to ensure market awareness of GuestReady and our product; increasing brand awareness, engagement and building upon a solid reputation
Ideate, implement and roll out marketing initiatives to target new business alongside marketing team
Carrying out business development tasks such as inbound/outbound calls, and visiting clients to discuss our products and service
Working alongside our Product team on development of our B2B product


Bachelor’s degree; business and marketing majors preferred
Fluent in writing / speaking in English plus any other European language is a plus
B2B sales background with the proven ability to secure meetings with real decision makers
Preferably previous experience in UK property
Experience in using sales/CRM tools such as Hubspot, SalesForce and Intercom
Strong use of insights and confidence around data-driven decision making
Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
Strong analytical skills, identifies gaps/opportunities
Self-driven, self-motivated, proactive - a hustler!
