We are looking for a Business Developer Representative (BDR), based in Spain headquarters and reporting to Corporate Wellness director. You will have the opportunity to identify and develop the Spanish market. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Generate and increase our potential clients in Spain through learning about business, using tools and searching systems.
  • Inbound sales to identify all clients and decision makers.
  • Prospection and generation leads, being responsible for full sales process (CRM)
  • Converts generated leads to sales deals.
  • Improve sales-cycle for future calls and business agreements.

 

Who do you need? Requirements:

  • Mandatory +1 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
  • High level of English
  • Advanced skill level in Excel
  • Previous experience with Salesforce or another CRM is desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Organized person, able to work autonomously and resilient
