About the position:
How will you help us achieve our mission?
- Define and deliver customer's value proposition by uncovering key business insights and opportunities
- Work closely with global and local teams to A/B test new engagement initiatives and projects
- Develop, structure and manage CRM plans & actions for both B2C & B2B businesses
- Colaborate with rider acquisition team to improve rider engagement ratios, recurrency, LTV loyalty from first stage
- Assist
with primary consumer survey data collection and analysis, integrating
with CRM data to improve customer experience and business results
- Perform
timely & accurate KPI reporting on monthly basis. Create ad hoc
reports and dashboard of the users KPIs and metrics from diferent tools
and sources
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or equivalent experience
- Experience
on growth marketing or consultancy or business strategy experience, and
in having primary responsibility for individual projects
- Background in Probability & Statistics
- Experience/knowledge in behavioural economics
