- Extract business-relevant information and convert it into actionable insights for
- Digital Origin's Marketing team, with focus on the ¡QuéBueno! Product
- Measure
every step of the funnel in the customer journey across different
channels (and when applicable, devices) through the implementation of
Google Analytics, GTM, Data Layer configuration, and whatever other
tools (standard and proprietary) necessary
- Understand and implement attribution logic to different mixes of New and
- Returning users and paid/non-paid marketing multi-channel strategy, includingTV
- Measure LTV and CPA consistently across channels
- Produce new regular and ad-hoc reports, and keep up to date existing ones onTableau, Analytics, and Excel, among others
- Acquire customer knowledge and insights and define relevant segments and tailor-made strategies for each
- Work
with other areas within Marketing and external to provide intra/cross-
departmental services (insights, reports, analysis..)
- Work with the IT and Data teams to ensure the right data and tools are available to meet all of the above objectives
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Native Spanish speaker
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Superb analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and extract action-based insights
- Proven experience implementing measurement platforms: pixel-data, Web Analytics metrics, User metrics from CRM, Data Lakes
- Experience designing Tableau reports combining different data sources
- Great SQL and Excel skills
- Solid Google Analytics skills, with experience implementing Google Tag Manager or similar
- Full knowledge of ecommerce KPIs for Acquisition, Retention and Brand areas of digital marketing
- Deep
knowledge and understanding ecommerce and digital marketing data best
practices, both for technical implementations and reporting
- Very detailed oriented, organized and proactive
- Be excited about working in Fintech and the credit industry

- Experience managing in-house or comercial CRMs
- Experience with CRO tools and best practices
- Good English level to communicate with other departments
- Some experience with Salesforce

- Bonus points for knowledge and experience in Fintech and Credit Card industries
