The company is now looking for a full-time B2B Sales Manager to grow
it's talented team of 25 people. This team will be growing in the next
months as we have a thrilling tech & company adventure coming in the
following months and years.

Requirements:
The goal of this position is to build our sales
strategies, convert and manage new clients .You will help designing,
building and leading a team of salespeople fully focused on growing our
B2B business model .You will be involved in the different sales
processes, cross-border, and you will manage clients yourself. Therefore
you will work in close relationship with the Chief Marketing Officer
and the founders to help Wave deploy its technology on a global scale.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- Excellent background in B2B SAAS tech products sales.
- Very good understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by businesses.
- Previous experience of minimum 5 years and excellent knowledge of tech markets.
- Excellent
communication and presentation skills: public presentations, face to
face, via email and telephone. You have to enjoy talking to other
people.
- Genuine interest for new technology & innovation.
- We are a dynamic young company, so we need a team player with a high level of energy and ability to learn fast.
- The capacity to build relationships and a strong network.
- Very very high English level, other languages are a plus.
The role is based in Madrid but with a strong teleworking internal strategy.
