Description

The B2B Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and managing marketing strategies related to our sales channels, ranging from engineering service providers to sensor manufacturers.

Your mission is to:

  • Work closely with sales and customer success to advance and roll out a channel partner strategy and channel marketing plans to increase our market share for each channel.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each channel and our target industries including mining, construction, structural health management and rail to conduct successful channel incentives.
  • Craft impactful channel marketing campaigns while complying with brand guidelines and key messaging and taking into consideration other ongoing marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of our channel partner program as well as create and build our training & certifications program.
  • Become the go-to person for sales and customer success.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of our vertical industries, products, solutions, services, and competitive landscape to understand channel customer and end buyer pains and needs.
  • Feed your findings back into the Worldsensing organization regarding our partner needs and wants so we can help them be more successful at selling our products and solutions.
  • Become a channel ambassador inside of the Worldsensing organization to help your colleagues obtain a deeper understanding of our markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant working experience of which 3+ in channel marketing.
  • Technology or engineering degree or previous work experience in a tech or civil engineering environment is a plus.
  • High level of English written and spoken.
  • Experience in setting up channel training programs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong interest in the Internet of Things, and industrial industries such as mining and construction.
