We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join our team in the Barcelona Office.
Your
main responsibility will be the investigation of issues reported across
our platform down to their root cause, escalating issues to the
relevant development team and managing the resolution of the issues with
their reporters

RESPONSABILITIES:
- Record and prioritize reported defects and requests for investigation
- Root cause analysis of defects
- Work with system monitoring tools and take action based on exceptions triggered
- Work with stakeholders on the resolution of reported issues
- Documentation of support procedures for investigation of common issues
- Prepare scripts to increase the efficiency of common investigations
- Make development requests to improve the supportability of our platform
- Work with Product Owners and Stakeholders to improve our support process
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a high intensity support environment
- SQL - high level required - familiar with multiple joins and subqueries
- Unix command line. grep, sed, bash scripting.
- Knowledge of PHP - able to read code and understand what an application is doing
- Able to debug on the front end using Developer Tools, javascript debugger
- EU work permit
- Fluent English
- Some travel may be required

- Familiar with monitoring and reporting tools such as Datadog and Kibana
- Understanding of SQL query performance
- Experience with the Atlassian Stack. Jira,Confluence
