This position is set within the Global Analytics team, reporting directly to the Global Analytics director. It is made of 3 missions to start with:

• Ops efficiency (lead)

• Capacity & Demand (lead)

• Margin monitoring (contribute)

What you'll do

Ops efficiency

The goal of this project is to roll out the new operating model for Data Analysts at Criteo. Now that the design and pilot phases are behind us, it needs to be implemented for all Data Analysts across the board. This also means monitoring the impact on the level of service the Data Analysts provide internally:

∙ Coordinate with Analytics directors to understand what their respective targets are and update implementation estimation model according to project rollout

∙ Liaise with product teams to integrate tooling requirements for the implementation of the new operating model

∙ Redesign the Task List and review the Service levels, in conjunction with the Analytics directors, to improve the usage, remove the error rate and reduce ambiguity within the tasks, as well as redefine Service Levels on the new operating model and delegated tasks

∙Monitor the status and evolution of current task delegation pilots, gathering feedback and ensuring a closed loop with field AX during the implementation phase of the new operating model

∙ Ensure that the new operating model is widely adopted in order to maximize the benefits

Capacity & Demand

The goal of this project is to measure and globalise the quality of service that Data Analysts and other operational functions provide internally, and then to work on a common measurement framework for all, integrating the impact of automation, to help improve the quality of service:

∙ Take ownership of the existing Capacity & Demand report

∙ Design a measurement framework for all operational functions

∙ Design a way to measure the impact of automation

∙ Globalise the measurement frameworks and create reporting tools

Margin monitoring

The goal of this project is to improve the Margin monitoring tools and reports, to help assess the stability of our margin across all products and regions:

∙ Take ownership of the existing monitoring tools

∙ Improve them by adding new dimensions and segmentation

∙ Report to the Finance department and other functions

Who you are

  • You have significant experience in a similar role ideally in a hight-tech environment or a management consulting firm
  • Strong analytical capabilities in addition to a good understanding of the way Criteo operates technically
  • Ability to manage high expectations and visibility from the management
  • Ability to manage transversal coordination between various teams including country teams, global teams, commercial teams, product management and R&D
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • You are fluent in English.
