Job Description

Yieldr Media Solutions is looking for a solutions-oriented Ad Operations manager who will strengthen our current CSS team. We are looking for someone that has an eye for detail and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative and international environment. As a part of our CSS team you will focus mainly on supporting self service customers of our advertising product.

You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers. You will help them through the entire process of getting an initial account and campaign setup and first line optimisation tasks. This includes tag implementation, connecting a customer’s product feed to ad creatives and creating, monitoring and optimising the client’s first campaigns. You will have a central role in the Customer Success and Service scrum team and will communicate both internally and externally.

The role will be filled by a tech–savvy and analytically driven individual with excellent communication skills and experience in an advertising technology or programmatic marketing environment. You’re expected to act proactively towards customers and help/teach them in the ways of digital marketing technology. You have experience working in an agile environment where tasks are daily prioritised by the Product Owner of Customer Success and Service.

Responsibilities

  • Create personalised creatives.

  • Setup and optimise campaigns.

  • Manage customer’s contacts.

Requirements

  • You speak English fluently (speaking French a plus)

  • You hold a university or college degree (B.A. or similar).

  • You have 1 to 2 years of experience in tech and/or online marketing. Knowledge of Javascript/PHP/XML is a huge plus.

  • You have knowledge of online marketing KPIs (CPA, CPC, etc.).

  • You have knowledge of programmatic marketing

  • You have an eye for detail.

  • You are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

  • You are aware of the trends and developments in the field of online marketing.

  • You have love for digital marketing and technology
