The role
We're looking for a product leader to champion our Earthscan platform. Earthscan is a high-growth SaaS product that uses machine learning and climate science to help businesses fight climate risks. Think of it as a tool that uses cutting-edge science to give businesses insights into future climate scenarios. This helps business’ make smart decisions about protecting their operations and investments, and complying with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in scaling innovative software products within the SaaS space, with a particular interest in the environmental technology sector. They will possess a deep understanding of the customer journey, user experience (UX) principles, and the ability to translate market needs into actionable product roadmaps for Earthscan.
This is a hands-on leadership role where the VP will be expected to collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure Earthscan's product vision aligns with overall business goals and drives positive environmental impact.
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of leading and scaling successful software products in the SaaS space, ideally with experience in the environmental or technology sector.
- You possess a deep understanding of the customer journey and can translate market needs into actionable product roadmaps that keep Earthscan at the forefront of climate risk assessment.
- You're a communication powerhouse who can effectively collaborate with and inspire a cross-functional team, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success.
- You're data-driven and use your analytical skills to make strategic decisions that propel Earthscan forward.
- You're a strategic thinker who can envision the long-term product vision for Earthscan and guide its evolution.

- Experience in Climate Risk, Environmental Sciences or Sustainable Tech
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies for rapid product iteration.
- Startup experience, especially leading a product/company through funding rounds (Series A-C).

Requirements
- 8 years of experience in product development and product management within SaaS or Tech products.
- Experience in high paced startups
- 3 years in an executive, decision-making level role collaborating directly with C-levels.
- 2 years of experience leading and managing product teams.
- Master's degree in a technical domain such as Engineering, Software Development, Data Engineering, Data Science, or within Environmental or Climate Sciences (preferred).
