UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) en Berlin

At i2x, we are building a communication software powered by AI to improve how companies interact with their customers on the phone. With a focus on speech and text analysis, we are shaping the future of telephone conversations. We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer. Currently, one product designer and two product managers are working in our team.

What you will do

• Continuous improvement and refining of our product, including work on dashboards and our desktop application by creating user-friendly and intuitive designs

• Being part of setting up and refining the process for our user-centered design which includes user research, user testing, user needs evaluation and usability evaluation

• Continuous development and prototyping of new features such as adding gamification and other incentive methods

Requirements

What you need

• 3+ years experience as a UX/UI designer, favourably in the software sector

• Knowledge in user testing including various forms of testing methods

• Skills/experience in information design and information architecture

• Experience in prototyping

• Willingness to think and work independently

• Solid written and spoken English communication skills

• Nice-to-have: German skills, as most of our customers are German speaking
