After a successful launch in Spain and Mexico (+125.000 users) through supply acquisition and organic traffic we are now seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to further strengthen the team and boost growth.
Job description
- Create and execute strategies in order to acquire relevant traffic.
- Collaborate with the Analytics & Product teams to optimize on various performance marketing channels, including identifying new channels for growth.
- Advanced quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights.
- Design and run A/B tests followed with actionable insights.
- Drive creative experimentation on key digital channels.
- Work on user acquisition strategies both the demand and supply part of our platform.
This is who you are
- Strong professional experience growing and optimizing mobile acquisition campaigns through Facebook, Google, Ad networks, and other media platforms.
- Proven success managing digital media budgets and hitting goals for spending, revenue and other KPIs.
- Previous experience with app install campaigns and performance measurement tools such as Adjust, Google Analytics is a PLUS.
- An analytic mindset, data driven and proficient with data analysis tools (from spreadsheets to more sophisticated ones).
- Solid knowledge and experience with iOS and Android marketplaces
- Implement, test, and measure mindset.
- Curiosity to anticipate business needs.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passionate about sports, knowledge on sports betting is a PLUS.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
