Technical Lead en Barcelona

We are looking for a motivated and talented Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will use various current front and back end technologies to translate our company's vision into beautiful, scalable, reliable and highly functional web applications.

Job Duties

• Manage and contribute to daily development activities of the local Barcelona team
• Work closely with the CTO to coordinate development efforts with the other team locations. Ensure local team meets individual goals and produces timely deliverables
• Ensure local team is following best coding and security practices. Conduct code reviews and coordinate code versioning
• Design and develop system architecture and scalability plans
• Design and develop web applications using mostly AngularJS as front-end and Python as back-end
• Design and develop core features in back-end processing systems
• Work closely with UX designers to translate functional requirements and wireframes into specific features
• Work closely with developers and infrastructure engineers to design, analyze and implement functional requirements
• Deliver high quality products on time and with minimal supervision
• Participate in all phases of the software development cycle
• Provide support as needed
