What you will be doing
- Oversee end-to-end recruiting, from sourcing to making an offer
- Create a sourcing strategy that consistently attracts the best talent to Belvo
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficiency of the hiring process
- Onboard new hires across all functions and locations
- Responsible for team development, learning and engagement

What we are looking for

3+ years of experience working in recruitment and people operations,
with at least 2 years focused specifically on tech recruitment

Passion for people and culture and being able to rally colleagues at
every level around a vision for what it means to work at Belvo
- You understand what motivates people. You’ll be able to tell if someone matches Belvo’s values quickly
- You build and maintain strong networks
- Willingness to solve challenging problems
- A person that thrives and succeeds in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift fast
- Fluent in English and eager to work in a multicultural and diverse environment

- Startup/tech past experience
- You speak fluent Spanish
