You will bring a balance of creativity, focus, and determination to deliver an outstanding candidate experience and continuously raise the bar of our recruitment efforts. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process across all core Commercial and Tech functions. This will involve:
- Defining and driving the recruitment and candidate experience strategy for all vacancies;
- Being a true talent advisor and coach for hiring managers and candidates – you will hold hiring managers accountable for offering an outstanding candidate experience and support them to make the best hiring decisions
- Building a strong pipeline and engage talent through creative attracting and sourcing channels
- Assessing recruitment data to define even better ways to attract and hire top talent
- Gathering, tracking and sharing market intelligence related to salary trends, sourcing techniques and selection tools
- Execute special projects, including interview best practices, hiring manager/team training, and employer branding/recruitment marketing initiatives
What you bring
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience and a clear track record of hiring across both commercial and technical positions in start-up or scale-up companies
- Experience independently leading and improving the end-to-end recruitment process, including strategy meetings with hiring managers, defining attraction plans, creative sourcing approaches, diagnostic interviewing and offer negotiations
- A curious mind combined with a commercial attitude, you are passionate about technology, start-ups, never afraid to ask the right questions
- A dynamic communication style with the ability to collaborate successfully with diverse hiring managers
- Keen sourcing skills and a persuasive can-do mentality to achieve the best results possible within a defined time frame
- An analytical approach to tackling hiring problems, using data to help measure progress and impact
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
