We are currently seeking a Frontend React – Staff to join our Engineering team based in Madrid. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector.
What you’ll do:
- Contribute to architectural design and decisions.
- Improve our product by developing new or improving functionalities, with efficient, reusable, and easy to maintain code.
- Identifying and addressing performance and scalability issues.
- Collaborate with Product, Design and Backend teams, to frame and tackle the challenges, both from a technical and business context.
- Identify and implement improvements that reduce technical debt and enable the team to iterate faster.
- Reaches beyond immediate needs considering the longer-term, and is always looking beyond for ways to have a broad impact.
- Able to take ownership on complex requirements and decompose them into a proposal of small deliverables.
- Leverage feedback to drive the best possible outcomes with the information that is available. Help others to improve their technical skills
- Become the go-to person and be the mentor for other engineers inside outside the team
What you’ll should have:
- 5+ year in frontend development
- Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, Typescript, Web & Browser concepts
- 3+ year with React
- State management libraries (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
- Good experience writing unitary tests.
- Deep understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and adherence to SOLID principles to create robust and scalable web applications.
- Strong motivation to drive impact by making product improvements and by suggesting and implementing technical enhancements.
- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems
