Our team is responsible for the feedback and resolution processes of our map-making platform. We enable both internal and external customers to report incidents and contribute to their resolution.
What you'll do
- You will contribute to the development of tools related to the feedback and resolution processes.
- You will participate in activities related to application supervision and maintenance.
- You will explore and research further extensions or identify gaps in existing processes.
- You will solve engineering problems using existing solutions.
- You will identify risks and performance issues in existing applications and support efforts to eliminate them.
- You will contribute to creating documentation for existing solutions.
What you'll need
- You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses;
- You are an EU citizen or are enrolled in a Spanish University during the entire duration of the internship (at least 6 months starting February)
- Willing to commute to our TomTom office in Madrid at least twice a week.
- You have knowledge of coding in Java or Python; React/Javascript is a plus.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
- Comfortable with written and verbal communication in English.
- You have an analytical mindset and enthusiasm to solve complex problems
- Desire to learn and expand your skillsets.
- You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
