We
are looking for a passionate Social Media & ASO Specialist with
hands-on experience in building and engaging with communities on social
networks. We need someone with impeccable English and Spanish language
skills and, ideally, who has grown his/her or a third-party social
community. And, of course, if you speak any other European language it
will be a big plus.
What you will do:
- Own
social media channels, streamlining company social media accounts (e.g.
Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media
platforms), ensuring uniform content and tone of voice for landing pages
and other elements within the communities.
- Develop and
maintain a specific social media editorial calendar to ensure
consistency with the company’s growth goals and to use connections
across marketing efforts.
- Increase the number of followers we
have on all social media platforms by following and engaging with
potential clients and users.
- Actively listen to the social
media community on a daily basis, analyzing and interpreting results to
drive social media campaign optimization. Produce insight-driven
performance reports across all social media campaigns and programs.
- Create a community fully engaged with the company.
- Help on positioning the APP on both stores (Android and Apple).
- Lead
an influencer program in order to communicate the company needs. Define
communication standards align with the marketing strategy.
- Create and write blog content.

- Be
a passionate advocate for our fans and followers, ensuring we give them
the most relevant, engaging and worth-their-while content via social
media channels
- Be a creative thinker with a keen eye for
quality content, a sharp ear for quality communication, and an enquiring
mind that is motivated by new approaches and smart insights.
- Spearhead our community outreach complementary of social media channels - e.g. blog, community page, etc.
- Familiarity
with Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter and interested in learning more
and what these platforms have to offer to engage with followers.
- Strong visual taste as well as clean copy writing skills.
- Impeccable organization and time management skills.
- Fast learner and quick to adapt to brand voice and style.
- Team player who thrives on change and collaborates well. This is a small, fast-paced team where all team members wear many hats.
- Previous social media experience is preferred
