About us. We’re Playamedia – a dynamic bunch of professionals that focus on marketing and community management for a number of our own online dating brands such as Fetish.com, the kink-positive BDSM community for fetish dating. Unlike other dating sites, we’re revolutionizing the way people understand BDSM and kink by offering a diverse, free online space for alternative dating and sexual exploration.

What are we looking for? We’re now on the search to find an intern to join our team at our beachfront office in Barcelona to work on Fetish.com for a 6-month project.

The ideal person for this job will be a student or a young professional looking to gain experience in an online media environment and practice their SEO writing skills. With our support and direction, you’ll be working on link earning through creating original magazine content. You’ll also be in charge of growing and nurturing our public database of sex-positive clubs, events and listings for our kinky community.


Your typical day will include:

  • Researching businesses & influencers, like fetish shops, BDSM venues and kinky bloggers in the UK.
  • Writing original SEO copy in English and uploading imagery to our database and online magazine.  
  • Reaching out to businesses & influencers to get backlinks and establish closer working relationships through content.


This job might be for you if:

  • You’re a native English speaker able to engage with our (predominantly female) audience
  • You’re a social media freak and you may even have your own blog
  • You have studied journalism, publishing, public relations or marketing.
  • You’re curious about how SEO works and wanna learn more about copywriting
  • You have an eye for detail in data entry and are accurate in repetitive tasks
  • You’re broad-minded and understand the terms ‘kinky’ and ‘sex-positive’
  • You think on your feet and can learn quickly
  • You have a great sense of humour

  • Flexible Hours: 40 hours / week. Starting no later than 10am.
