Senior UI/UX Designer en Madrid

Job description

We are looking for a creative candidate to work in Fon’s UX team. This position is based in Fon’s Madrid Headquarters. Please, include a link to your portfolio along with your application.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong UI design skills.

• Create personas, user flows and journeys, scenarios, concept sketches, prototypes and wireframes

• Design solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data

• Defend concepts and solutions to stakeholders, based on data, best practices and proven experience

• Contribute to the team new tools and techniques

• Integrate the visual design into the prototypes collaboratively with the visual designer

• Gather and analyze data from analytics tools and other tools and sources to support design hypothesis

Skills and Experience:

• Strong understanding of HCI, usability and interaction principles within the constraints of mobile devices, as well as across desktop environments

• Experience in interface design for web, tablet and mobile design

• Expertise using design tools such as Sketch

• User interface design will be a plus

• Experience on Scrum-Agile teams
