Senior Systems Engineer en Paris

To further our international development, CALLR is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team, based in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Improve scalability, availability and performance of the current infrastructure to be “state of the art”
• Define multi-datacenter and multi-region architectures (active-active mode)
• Detect and find a solution to eliminate SPOF
• On call (1 week per month)

Your skills

• Experience with linux systems (mostly Debian)
• Experience with high availability, failover and multi datacenter replication
• Experience with Memcached, Redis or RabbitMQ in production
• Experience with MySQL in production
• Experience with a deployment tool like Ansible, Chef or Puppet
• Intimate knowledge of HTTP protocols and web services
• Overview of network protocols

Not required but very helpful skills:

• Voice and SMS protocols (SIP, SS7 ou SMPP)
• Network skills (BGP, OSPF)
• Worked previously for a carrier

About you

• You know how to build, optimize and maintain a production platform
• Your goal is to build a “State of the art” platform
• Interested by DevOPS tools (Docker, Etdc, Consul, Jenkins, …)
• Fluent English
• Have previously worked On call
• Follow best practices
