Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Personalization Team and help shape how over 11 million customers experience our platform. You’ll work in an agile, cross-functional setup, building features that make our services smarter and more tailored, all while helping modernize our tech stack.
You'll collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions using cutting-edge tools and technologies like Python, AWS, and Kubernetes.
🔧 Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver features for the Personalization Engine
Participate in architectural and technical discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure code quality through testing and best practices
Support CI/CD and cloud deployment processes
Maintain and improve existing services
Qualifications
✅ What We’re Looking For
5+ years of software development experience
Strong Python skills
Fullstack mindset with clean code habits
Experience with TDD and CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable working in an Agile environment
Strong communication and team collaboration
💡 Bonus Points For
Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform
Willingness to learn Frontend
OpenSearch or PostgreSQL knowledge
DevOps or infrastructure-as-code mindset
Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Kibana)
