Senior Software Engineer en Barcelona

We are looking for a senior software engineer who can design and implement readable and extensible design patterns. You like refactoring often to contain technical debt, love fast tests and boilerplate code makes you angry.

We are a zero-bullshit environment where ego's are not allowed and the best rational solution will be implemented. We are happy to refactor if it makes sense, however note that all changes are subject to code review.

Novicap helps small businesses get paid early. We are growing at 500%+ yearly and are expanding our engineering team to cope with the scale issues that brings. Specifically we are looking to bring on board a senior devops, 4 senior engineers and a senior data scientist.

You must have deep working knowledge of at least one modern language (ruby, python, scala, elexir,...) and experience with ruby is a big plus. Knowledge of ruby is not required as we strongly believe that great engineers can learn any language in a reasonable timeframe.
